📝 To NIT/KOSEN Participants
以下の2つの締切は、予算処理および会場準備に直結する最終的かつ変更不可の期限です。厳守をお願いいたします。
The following two deadlines are strict and non-negotiable as they directly affect budget processing and venue preparation. Please ensure compliance.
🛑 第一次締切：2025年8月3日（日）23:59（日本時間）
🛑 First Deadline: August 3, 2025 (Sun), 23:59 JST
- 対象：高専関係者（NIT/KOSEN）
Applicable to: NIT/KOSEN Participants - 内容：参加登録および参加費支払いの完了が必要
Requirement: Registration and payment must be completed by the deadline - 備考：
この期日を過ぎると、高専間の予算処理（参加費等の振替）が不可能となります。
所属機関の出張申請や支出処理にも影響を及ぼす可能性があります。
🔺 If registration and payment are not completed by August 3, 2025 (JST), inter-institutional budget processing within KOSEN will no longer be possible. Participants will need to cover expenses through their own institution’s internal budget.
🚫 最終締切（絶対厳守）：2025年8月17日（日）23:59（日本時間）
🚫 Final Deadline (Strictly Enforced): August 17, 2025 (Sun), 23:59 JST
- 対象：すべての参加者
Applicable to: All participants - 内容：登録・支払いの最終期限です。これ以降の受付は一切できません。
Requirement: This is the final deadline for registration and payment. No submissions will be accepted after this point. - 未完了の場合の影響：
◦ 論文は予稿集（Proceedings）に掲載されません
◦ 発表はプログラムから除外されます
◦ 参加そのものが無効（辞退扱い）となります
⚠️ No extension will be granted beyond August 17, 2025, 23:59 JST.
This deadline is final due to venue arrangements and printed materials being finalized.

❗️ No Deadline Extension
- 会場設営・名札・プログラム印刷等がこの日で確定するため、いかなる理由でも延期・例外対応はできません。
- 日本時間23:59を過ぎると、システムが自動的にクローズされ、登録処理はできません。
- 現地での当日受付は行いません。
🕘 Please note:
All deadlines are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
After the deadline, the registration system will be physically closed, and on-site registration will not be available.
No late submissions or payments will be accepted under any circumstances.
